Our goal at On Cloud Nine Studio is to customize every detail of your event. We will tailor your celebration to be one of kind and a memorable moment.

1 Initial Call

Lets schedule an initial call to initially discuss the preliminary details of your event. Some of the things that we will discuss will be:

What are you celebrating?
When and where is your event?
How many guest are you expecting?
What aesthetic are you hoping for (Color scheme, theme, etc)?
What is your event styling budget?

3 Event Styling Proposal

You will receive a detailed proposal tailored to your event. Every proposal will look different depending on the nature of your event. Such of the components in your proposal might include: (not limited to)

Color palette
Floral selections
custom patterns
Furnishings
Balloons
Cake Designs

5 The Week of...

Rest assured that the week of your event we will be exclusively focused on your special day. In order to guarantee, that your celebration is everything you expected we only book one event per day.

2 Booking

In order to guarantee your event date and to initiate our design process a contract with retainer will be required. Once both are received we will begin designing and creating your custom celebration.

4 Event Prep

Depending on the nature of the event we will touch base anywhere between two to six weeks prior to your event date. During this check in, some of the things we will discuss are:

Confirmed guests
Final design adjustments
Additional information regarding the day of your event

How far in advance should we book?

Booking should be done as soon as possible. Our availability is limited because we only book a certain amount of events per month to guarantee that your celebration is sublime.

Do you travel for destination weddings?

Absolutely! We travel within the United States and Internationally for events.

Do you have an inventory of rentals?

To guarantee unique and top of the line wedding design, we have a collection of floral vessels including compotes, tall stands, votives, candleholders, arches, structures, hanging installations, and more

Investment

Wedding Styling

Wedding styling is fully customized to the Bride and Grooms dream day. The typical investment for On Cloud Nine Studio Weddings Couples will range between $15,000 to $25,000 for event styling, with an average guest count of 100 to 175 guests. On Cloud Nine Event Styling investment includes florals, table scape elements and other design elements for the special day.
